What does the future hold?

On the one hand I like the idea that I don't know what could happen this year, but gosh it scares me. It scares me that this could be the end, that I'll stay unemployed and living with my parents forever, or that I'll have to live in some tiny town with no friends and no life, or that I'll work in a job that only just gives me enough money to get by.

So I know life is what you make it and if I knew what I wanted I could fight for it, but I don't know what I want. If I had any money I would be planning my next overseas adventure, but I don't.

So the options:
# Find a place to live in Sydney, where Dietitan jobs are hard to get without experience, so I'll probably pay alot of rent and work in retail for the rest of my life (annoying after 5yrs of study) or maybe I get a dietian job but I have to travel for 3hrs a day and life is just work and travel. What really sucks is that I have all these old friends moving to Sydney, I can just see all the good times to be enjoyed, but can I put my life on hold for a few good trips to the pub? (personally I think so)

# Stay in Coffs, apply for jobs anywhere and move there, this is likely to be some small town, where I'll have no friends, but I plan to save money and then work overseas and travel. This plan scares me because I could end up living at home for a long time. Thursday Island is one option which would be great it pays alot and I'ld be holidaying at the same time. What I really don't like about this idea is that I'm so sick of having to do things alone, having friends to do stuff with is better then all the money in the world, of course I can make new friends, but good friends that are good company are hard to come by.

# Move to Sydney and apply for jobs in and out of Sydney and move if I have to, this is my favorite idea, but alot of hassel esspecially since I've already spent a couple of weeks trying to rent a place, I could live in Syd for a week and then get a job and have to move.

aghh.....
